About Us

Hello!  Welcome to the Cafe 80's!  We play American Top 100, pop and rock music ranging from 1979 to 1990, and every now and again something a little earlier or later.  You will hear all the music, hits, forgotten favorites, generational defining, and everything in between.  All digitally remastered in our library of over 2,700 songs and we stream around the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

​As young DJ's in the 80's, we were of course work colleagues and friends that went on to work with a number of stations in Oregon and California.  Thanks to the age of the internet, we reconnected and found we still had the same passion for great music and were amazed at how many broadcast and internet stations missed the mark on great songs that all too often were forgotten as well as interesting details about the songs, artists and how many things came together to create such special music in such a special time.

After much discussion we decided to reignite what we thought was a great memory and sought to help listeners experience this all again!
